The thing that is happening is that your gums and teeth are getting tired and sore. I would guess that because you are going to spitting the food out you are chewing it for longer than usual in order to savior the flavors. Check and see. That is what is making you gums and teeth sore.

This isn't a part of the question but I would suggest that you just eat the food instead of spitting it out. That only works for so long because eventually you will just say forget it. I mean can you really go the rest of your life spitting out food? Why don't you just reduce the portions of food that you eat and try to choose some lower calorie versions of the foods that you don't want to give up. You don't have to stress yourself in order to adjust you nutritional intake. Send me an email if you need more advice.
Reply:If you've been eating food and then throwing it up, Stop! that's dangerous and it's an eating disorder called BULIMIA. The reason your teeth are hearting is because the stomach acid eat away the enamel that cover and protect the teeth. Please get some help with that.
