It's not the 'chewing and spitting the food out' that is causing you the 'teeth pain' ... it's the beginnings of 'malnutrition' ... and it doesn't matter if you are 'simply spitting the food out' or are 'vomiting it out' after swallowing. YOUR BODY NEEDS NUTRITION EVERY DAY to survive, and you have not been getting enough 'nutrition' from 'outside' so your body is beginning to 'consume itself' to get the nutrition it 'needs.' YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY, and tell the doctor EXACTLY what you've been doing, and ASK FOR HELP in both 'correcting the damage' you've already done, and in 'learning how to lose weight sensibly and properly' if you need that.
Reply:ok...first off, you should be swallowing your food. If you are not, then you have a problem.

As for why it hurts your teeth, this may be due to the acids in your mouth/stomach. I would see a doctor first.
