Teeth whiteness & such problems?

I have some questions on how to get my teeth whiter and a few problems

This one is odd, my 2 front teeth, have 1 small white spot on them near the bottom, what is that? and how do I get rid of it?

Do any of the teeth whitening products such as certain toothpastes or the strips you put on your teeth work?

No matter how much I brush my tongue, there is always white stuff still on it, can you get rid of that?

Teeth whiteness %26amp; such problems?
To put it as plainly as I can let me say that the "white "spot you see on the front teeth are much like the "freckle" some people have on their skin. It doesn't mean the tooth is defective, it only means that the layers that create the ultimate tooth color have an area in which a concentration of color has gathered. I seriously doubt you will ever find a drug store product that will eliminate or blend that spot. While some drug store products are advertised to make your teeth whiter through a bleaching process, the reality is that the so called bleach is actually a concentrated form of oxygen. It deep cleans the first outer layer of your teeth and that of course makes them look whiter....Tooth enamel, if you looked at it under a microscope, would look like the open end of a box of soda straws. Those are called Enamel Rods when looking at a tooth's surface...If those rods get damage they allow stains to seep deeper into the enamel surface and deep oxygenation cleaning is the only way to remove it yourself. A dentist however can use a laser system to deep clean and remove any number of color issues and then apply a sealant over the tooth's surface to prevent further discoloration....that is the best and safest way to make your teeth look better.
