23 weeks pregnant and I have got killer tooth pain. I cant eat anything sweet or cold, the tooth that is hurting has gotten a hole in it recently big enough to feel with my tongue. Is there anything I can do to stop it hurting?
Teeth problems?
You should be taking all your prenatal vitamins because the baby will take all the goodies from your body if you do not provide it with your diet. Only a dentist could stop the pain now.
Reply:Whoa!
You need to see a dentist. They are the only one's who can help you now!
Reply:You have to go to the dentist, you need a filling or a crown.
Reply:There is an over the counter novacaine medicine it works great but wears off pretty quickly.
Reply:Go see a dentist. There isn't anything you can really do for yourself because you are in a tough part of pregnancy. 23 weeks is when baby is developing major organs. I am sure there is something a dentist can do for you. I hope you feel better.
Reply:The only way to remove the pain is to use pain as a weapon. I mean have a dentist to remove it for you. Its better than just trying to bare with it right? After your tooth has been extracted you will feel relieved. The dentist will suggest if you would like to have it replaced by an artificial tooth after the surgery.
Reply:my doc prescribed me tylenol 3 for my pain while i was pregnant. if you go to the doc or dentist they will give you either a prescription or alternatives
