Could bad teeth & bleeding gums lead to having back problems?

Maybe if you bend over too fast to pickup your toothbrush . . . lol . . . no I don't see how they could be related.

Could bad teeth %26amp; bleeding gums lead to having back problems?
i'm not sure these two are related
Reply:Well, I have heard that if you have dental problems, such as you describe, the infection can pass throughout your body. So, I recommend you take care of the dental issues and get some antibiotics before you're beyond repair.
Reply:dont know if one could be related to the other, but I do know that if you have an infection of the mouth it can spread to your brain if it gets bad enough and spreads quick enough
Reply:Bad teeth and gums can lead to many, many health problems, but never heard of back problems. It's usually more internal problems than something like your back, sounds like you pulled or lifted something if your back is hurting. Try one of those back muscle rubs on it, but, don't take your bad teeth or gums lightly, it really can make you terribly sick, and you not know it's coming from your teeth...if you have infection it can get into your body and cause heart problems, infections where you least expect, like your kidneys ect...it would be better if you can't afford to get them fixxed to have them removed, and get dentures, but, it's always better to save your teeth at least some and have a partial. But, in any case, get your teeth healthy, rinse with warm salt water, this will help and also diluted, make sure it's diluted half and half water and hydrogen peroxide like you put on cuts, it makes a great mouth wash to get infection out of your mouth, but warm salt water is the best....good luck...but see a dentist, you can always go to a health clinic if you don't have the money.
