Has anyone out there ever let their wisdom teeth come in and not had problems with them?

I now have 3 out of 4 in my mouth and surfaced. They haven't really bothered me.... and they don't hurt. Has anyone had this happen also of not?

Has anyone out there ever let their wisdom teeth come in and not had problems with them?
Yes. Wisdom teeth generally do not bother many people in cultures where they have a good diet. The American diet is terrible and causes jaw formation to not be good and dental carries (tooth decay) to happen. Refined sugars, white flour, hydrogenated oils, and white-bleached salt, are typical in most households, yet these are developments that have happened only in less than 100 years. Early man and many people living off their indigenous diets do not get tooth decay and have perfect jaw formations that accommodate the wisdom teeth.

You may be lucky and have the jaw formation that will accommodate them. I still have mine and have no problems as well.

Keep them if you can, improve your diet and you will live better and longer.
Reply:If the wisdom teeth are fully erupted into the mouth and you can keep them clean, you do not need to remove them. Usually they do not fully come into the mouth and are difficult to maintain. So have an oral surgeon take a look.
Reply:I'm not sure, mine have started to grow since 2-3 weeks ago at the bottom, at the start, it was a bit painful when it cutted through thr gums, but it doesn't hurt as much now. And now I'm not really bothered by it. So I guess so. :)

In my family, no one ever had their wisdom teeth removed. So, I guess there were no problems. :))
Reply:The big deal about wisdom teeth is whether or no you'll be able to keep them clean over your lifetime. If they're not cleansable, they'll eventually get cavities or cause gum disease. (If you can't clean them, the dentist can't predictably fill them) Check with your dentist to see if they're in good alignment to keep clean. If not, get them out while you're young and heal well.
Reply:I also have three of mine in and they have never bothered me either. My dentist told me that realistically the wisdom teeth are supposed to be removed before they surface because when they come in they move the existing back teeth and sometimes crack them which leads to a mass of oral problems including horrible toothaches and the development of cavities in these teeth. I am not ready to go through the pains of pulling so my dentist will have to be patient with me.
