I want to get implants but financially it is not possible. I've been missing four teeth for about 3 years now.. how many years can i miss teeth before my other teeth get affected by it? I plan on braces and implants in about a year..

You already have problems. You will lose other teeth if you are missing some now.

Reply:My dentist told me you want to get the implant or bridge as soon as possible because it affects your bite. Say if you are missing a bottom tooth, then the top tooth has nothing to make impact with and that will screw with the alignment of your teeth. Implants cost an arm and a leg, but try to get it done as soon as possible.

Reply:I don't know but I had a bottom tooth pulled 8 years ago and have never had any problems.
